Overall, the hotel surprised me with its comfort and cleanliness. The staff was friendly and attentive, making my stay enjoyable. However, the location felt a bit far from major attractions, and public transportation could be unreliable at times. I would return for the great service.

Just an appropriate option for a weekend rest in Rome with exceptional value. The shower was pretty unpredictable, going hot and cold. Keep your travel bags close. staff might take them by mistake.

Highly Recommend for Couples
The suite was in a quiet area with a pedestrian street behind, which had lovely restaurants to visit. Plus, the staff was friendly and responded to all our remarks immediately, making us feel right at home.
It was a bit on the pricey side but still acceptable for what you get.

Had an amazing time with friends visiting the Colosseum and Vatican City. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the location is convenient with easy access to public transport. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, which made our stay enjoyable. Would definitely recommend it for group trips!
However, the buses were unreliable. We once waited over an hour for one late at night, which was frustrating. It made traveling into the center a bit tedious.

I thoroughly enjoyed the spaciousness of my room, which included a lovely balcony. The modern décor was both stylish and comfortable, making it easy for seniors like myself to navigate around the hotel without any difficulties.
A few more accessible seating areas would help.

great stay overall but some minor issues
The two-level terrace with a jacuzzi tub made my stay luxurious and relaxing. I also enjoyed the professional and warm staff who were always eager to assist. Additionally, the on-site restaurant served the best cappuccino I've had in a while.
The breakfast options could use more variety.

missingWrote a review on May 08spacious roomefficient transportsketchy location
The hotel features spacious rooms with modern decor, perfect for families looking for a comfortable base to explore. Breakfast is decent, offering a solid start to a day of sightseeing, and the efficient public transport access facilitates easy commuting to local attractions.
The location isn’t the most flattering, described by some guests as sketchy, which may affect your comfort level when venturing out. Noise from nearby trains disrupts the quiet you’d hope for during nights. In the rooms, the lack of hot water at peak times can be inconvenient, and basic amenities like coffee machines are missing, which is surprising for a four-star establishment. Additionally, housekeeping could do a better job cleaning certain areas, as some guests noted dust in closets. No English TV channels could disappoint those wanting to unwind with a show after a long day.
